Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Men's Invincible 3 Running Shoes are one of the best options for easy runs and longer base miles.
If you do your fast runs in models such as the Nike Vaporfly or Nike Alphafly, you should enjoy running in the Nike Invincible on your lower effort days.
Underfoot Feel
The thick layer of ZoomX foam in the Nike Invincible 3 Running Shoes feels ultra cushioned and bouncy underfoot. As a result, you should experience a lot of impact protection.
ZoomX foam should feel soft and comfortable at slower paces; and more energetic if you decide to pick up the pace.
The prominent curved heel-to-toe shape rolls your feet forward, and smooths out transitions from landing to take-off.
Even though the midsole looks very cool, the design is not for aesthetic reasons. The midsole sculpting improves the stability of the high-stacked ZoomX cushioning. Wide base-nets also make the cushioning inherently stable.
Upper Fit
Comfort is paramount when you're putting in lots of daily miles. With this in mind, the Nike Invincible 3 features a soft, seamless fit. The Flyknit upper also offers a lot of support.
We understand some runners find the ankle collar can feel loose around the heel area. It's unlikely you'll find this is a problem during your run. However, using the last eyelet provides a more locked-in feel.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Men's Invincible 3 Running Shoes are perfect for lower intensity training runs. Especially the ones that follow harder workouts, such as intervals and tempo runs. This is because the ultra plush and bouncy ZoomX midsole can significantly reduce the workload placed on your muscles and joints.
We also recommend choosing the Nike Invincible 3 Running Shoes for long base miles. The high level of cushioning should help make every mile feel as comfortable as possible.
If you're looking for max-cushioned running shoes that you can rotate with more responsive plated running shoes, the Invincible 3 are likely to fit the bill.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
